OVER 40 YEARS EXPERIENCE

We have been at Glebe Farm for nearly 30 years, and have run a successful DIY yard here for that time.

In 2018 we opened Glebe Farm Retirement Livery in our lush surrounding paddocks and grassland, all with fields shelters, automatic waterers and brilliant fencing.

In 2024 we were fortunate enough to add Moor Farm, Westoning. as a second retirement location. The horses in Westoning have open access to a large Dutch barn. This allows them to come off the fiel so the horses can come off and on the field to a bedded down area as they please.

Meet the Team

Sally Frost

Pony Club Instructor and former jockey, Sally is our director of everything day-to-day. There isn't anything Sally doesn't know! She'll usually be the one you talk to.

Samantha Frost

Sam is a registered Equine Nutritionist and manages the social media & replies to all messages/enquiries coming in. She helps if Sally is ever away.

Richard Frost

Richard and Sam live at Glebe Farm. He does all the 'heavy' work fixing fencing/posts and making the haylage for the winter months!

Chris Price

Chris helps us with the daily checking and feeding of all the horses. We call her the 'Horse Whisperer' because all the horses love her so much!

Tim Richmond (DIP WCF)

Tim has over 16 years experience. He really goes above and beyond for the horses, and is super chilled and kind.

With over 40 years experience running successful DIY livery yards, we have taken the exciting opportunity to open our 30 acres of prime Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire grazing to retirement liveries.

The Frost family started Glebe Farm Livery in 1987, alongside their arable farm business. Sally Frost was a Jockey and latterly a Pony Club instructor and has been running Glebe Farm Retirement since 2018.

We truly understand that every horse is an individual - we are more than happy to accommodate all of your horses needs; medications/feeding etc.
